Shift Knob, Round, Plastic, Black, Automatic, Manual Transmission, Each. The three little screws and holes inside the top part of the knob - what is it that they are supposed to be tightening? The only thing I can think of is that the rubber part is what's supposed to be there for the screws to go into? Is that hole there at the top because you're supposed to pull the part down through the gearshift? Perhaps to stabilize it? Or is it supposed to just sit on top? There is a pdf instruction sheet I printed out, but it doesn't really tell you precisely where things go. On the inside of the top half, there are three little screws that are supposed to be tightened before screwing the whole assembly together after getting everything on the gearshift.
